Return and Refund Policy
At TechCraft Studio, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined the return and refund process below to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- It must have all tags attached and include proof of purchase or receipt.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days.
3. Shipping Costs
- For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will apply for returns.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@techcraftstudio.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item (Download and Print the lable). We accept returns via mail only, and items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for processing by your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will cover return shipping for defective or damaged items, and you may receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
8. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, the item must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days. A refund for the product cost (minus original shipping fees) will be issued, and return shipping will be at your expense.
9. Exchanges
