Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $15 dollars will be charged for shipping.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-05:00) Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Order Transit Time:
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 4-7 business days.

Shipping Methods:
Most orders are shipped through our third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. For items that require freight shipping, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. Be sure to provide a valid phone number at checkout to facilitate this process.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received and that your payment has been approved. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking details so you can monitor your order's progress.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
