The BOFA A1030270 Combined Filter is specifically designed for use with the BOFA FumeCAB 700 Fume Cabinet Extraction System. This filter serves as the second and third stages of filtration in the system, combining a HEPA filter for particulate removal and a gas filter with treated activated carbon for gas and vapor absorption.

Replacement and Maintenance Guidelines:

• Replacement Frequency:

  • Replace every 12 months or sooner if the filter indication screen or LED lights signal a blockage.
  • For applications such as soldering performed for 6 hours daily, replacement is recommended every 9–12 months.
  • Carbon absorbs moisture over time, so the filter should be replaced within 12 months regardless of usage.

• Extend Filter Life:

  • Regularly replace the Pre-Filter (A1030269) to protect the combined filter and extend its lifespan.

• Precautions:

  • Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when replacing filters.
  • Adhere to local regulations for the safe disposal of used filters.
