What if my product arrives damaged?
We recommend inspecting your item(s) and packaging carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, be sure to note it when signing for the shipment. If you can't open the package at the time of delivery but suspect possible damage, please write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
If your product arrives damaged, simply send clear photos of the damage to support@techcraftstudio.com, and we will promptly process your request. In most cases, we will handle replacements or refunds within one business day.
